Our Story
I entered the mortgage industry in 1991 after graduating from Utah State University with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing. I started as a behind-the scenes processor soon developed a reputation as a problem solver and a specialist in handling difficult loans.
We run Array from our home in Kaysville, Utah. Our home-based structure and focus on reputation-based referrals allow us to be extremely cost effective and we pass these cost savings on to our clients through lower rates and fees.
In 1998, after the birth of my second son, I became a stay-at-home Mom and home-based consultant, specializing in complex and hard-to-place loans.
My husband and I created Array Financial Services, LC in 2001. Array is a fully licensed and bonded mortgage brokerage that provides both loans on residential properties to our clients and back-office consulting and support services to several larger mortgage lenders.
